Can you hold a place before I apply?
We take the most qualified applicant based on our qualifications listed on the application cover page. We also limit the amount of applications processed at one time to maximum of Three(3).
Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
We usually collect the first full month rent/pro rated amount along with the deposit prior to allowing a resident to move in.
How do I pay rent?
Rent is accepted at the office, and through snail mail. NO CASH Please.
How old do you have to be to apply?
18 or up please.
I want to get a pet. What do I do?
If pets are considered in a rental property please inquire with the front desk prior to applying to make sure your pet qualifies.
I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?
Email or call the accounting department to be directed on the steps to take to complete a lease modification to remove a resident.
Is the deposit refundable?
Deposits are refundable.
My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
Give written notice on the first of the month for the end of the month you wish to move out on. Please confirm receipt with the office as this is time sensitive.
Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?
Usually the owner depending on the cause.
Who needs a cosigner?
Speak to an agent if you would like to have a cosigner apply with you.
You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?
You must view the interior of the property in person first. Once you have completed that step our agents, office and website have all the information you will need to apply.
