Can you put the money directly into my account?
Yes, we provide ACH for owner proceeds.
Do I get to see the lease or sign it?
You hire us to handle this. Our forms stay current and abreast of industry trends.
Do you sell real estate too?
Yes, we list your home for sale when you are ready.
How and when do I get my checks?
Snail mail or wire.
How is rent collection handled?
Collected Monthly to send to you.
How long of a lease do you sign?
Usually one year at a time.
How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
Usually one month rent up to two times that amount based on qualifications.
How soon can you start managing my property?
As soon as the paperwork is approved.
What type of properties do you manage?
Homes, Townhomes, Condos, Duplex, Tri-Plex, Four-Plex +, and Apartment Buildings.
What type of reports do I get and how often?
Monthly Online reports/funds issued between the 15th-19th of each month.
Who holds the tenant security deposit?
Associated Brokers Realty, Inc. in a trust account.
